Hello! My name is Rahel Wächter and since December 2014, I have been part of the kitchen team of Bodenseehof.

I come from a town called Ruit in Southern Germany, where I used to attend a small Methodist church. After finishing school, I helped out in the housekeeping department for one year at a well-known bible conference center called “LAHOE”. This was a very meaningful time for me as I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior during that time. The next three years I received professional training in housekeeping at the “Deaconess Headquarters” in Aidlingen. Following my training I worked for almost a year at a Christian conference center called Forggenhof, and I experienced God’s blessings in many ways during this time. Now here at Bodenseeho, I am very excited to learn what God has in store for me.

Teach me your way, LORD, that I may rely on your faithfulness; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name.
