Reichenau

INFORMATION

Insel Reichenau is an inhabited island in Lake Constance. Since 2000 it is (along with Kloster Reichenau) a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The island is an excellent witness for the religious and cultural role of a Benedictine abbey in the Middle Ages.

JOURNEY

By car the Reichenau is a bit more than 1 hour away. You could also take a shortcut by taking the ferry from Meersburg to Konstanz.
