Safeguarding and Whistleblowing

Protecting our guests, students and staff

The work of Bodenseehof lives from the fellowship of people and their relationship with Jesus Christ. Our concern is that this fellowship is characterized by the love of God, His peace and mutual trust.

We want to offer our guests, students and staff a place where they can be themselves and feel safe. Trusting relationships form the basis for this. Relationships and trust, especially towards children and young people, must not be exploited under any circumstances.

We as staff members of Bodenseehof want to be reliable and trustworthy partners for our guests, students and employees, as well as for adults and underage participants and their legal guardians. In the case of camps or day programs for children and youth, we want to do everything possible to protect and ensure the well-being of the children and youth entrusted to us. For this reason, all employees are fundamentally obligated to follow our protection concept and to respect the Code of Conduct.
If someone has been treated wrongly or hurt in any way, we are deeply sorry. We would be glad to clarify this in a conversation.

If it is a physical, emotional, verbal or sexual violation of boundaries or discrimination, we ask that you follow this link: abuse.bodenseehof.de There you will be given the opportunity to fill out a complaint form with as much detailed information as possible. Once this form is submitted to our response team, they will get back to you within 72 hours and take the next steps.
